I got these because my heels had been bothering me and I figured they might give me a bit more support. The first couple days were alright, and I thought maybe that was going to help, but after about a week my feet were still sore. They do feel supportive, just kind of hard, so longer walks weren’t very comfortable for me. Maybe they’re fine for someone else, but for my pain they didn’t really do enough...

I didn’t have the best experience. When I asked the staff a few questions, they didn’t really seem sure of the answers, and everything felt kind of rushed. I was already feeling mentally drained, so leaving still confused just made it more frustrating. Definitely not what I was expecting

I ordered a pair that ended up not fitting right, and trying to return them was more frustrating than I expected. I couldn’t really tell what was supposed to happen next or when, one email made it sound like I’d hear back in a couple days, but then nothing happened, so I had to follow up. Even figuring out an exchange felt way less straightforward than it should’ve been. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but the whole thing was enough of a hassle that I probably wouldn’t order again.

The shoes looked fine when they arrived, but the fit was really off. They were tight across my toes and started rubbing my heel after just one short walk. Definitely not comfy. I wish I had returned them sooner, but of course the return policy has all these little loopholes that make it harder once you’ve actually tried to see if they work

I ordered this thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the timing has been awful. It’s been weeks, and the tracking has barely changed at all, so I’m just sitting here wondering where my order even is. Really frustrating, especially because I needed it sooner.
